Cancellation Policy

At Julia Nowicka, we understand that plans can change — that’s why we make it simple to modify or cancel your order whenever possible.

Before Shipment

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request a cancellation or change by contacting us immediately at support@julianowicka.com

Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation. Once we confirm your request, your order will be fully refunded to your original method of payment.

After Shipment

If your order has already been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you may still return the item after delivery in accordance with our Return Policy.
Simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your package to arrange a return and refund.

Important Notes

  • Custom or special-order items may not be eligible for cancellation once processing begins.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we confirm your cancellation or receive the returned product.
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable once your order has been sent.
